SenSage declared "McAfee Compatible" for integrating
with McAfee® ePolicy Orchestrator®

SenSage Adds Wide-ranging Summary Reports On Log and
Compliance Management into McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator

FOCUS 08, LAS VEGAS, Oct. 20, 2008 – Enterprise software leader SenSage, Inc. today announced that it has integrated its Event Data Warehouse software with McAfee® ePolicy Orchestrator® (ePO™) software. This “McAfee Compatible” solution from SenSage now provides in-depth reports on log data from virtually any McAfee product and publishes them directly into ePO dashboards.

The unique integration with a McAfee ePO console allows SenSage, a McAfee Security Innovation Alliance™ (SIA) partner, to schedule and export its reports directly into ePO dashboards. SenSage’s 18 summary reports represent the most extensive monitoring of McAfee products by any SIA partner to date. As a result, customers can not only access comprehensive SenSage compliance, security and summary reports but also gain a complete 360-degree view of all user and network activity and in-depth forensic capabilities through the SenSage Event Data Warehouse.

SenSage will demonstrate the integration with McAfee at booth 401B at the McAfee FOCUS 08 security conference in Las Vegas, October 20-23.

“A key goal behind the McAfee Security Innovation Alliance program is to accelerate the development of interoperable security products and simplify the integration of those products with complex customer environments,” said Joe Gottlieb, vice president of corporate strategy and technology alliances, McAfee. “SenSage has taken a leadership role in providing customers with seamless access to detailed log data reporting from within the McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator platform, making it easy for users to extend the value of their investments in security and compliance solutions.”

SenSage provides in-depth reporting and actionable results from virtually any log and event source, including McAfee products, and it provides the publishing of reports directly into McAfee ePO dashboards. Current SenSage integration to McAfee solutions includes the leading Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions such as Vulnerability Manager (formerly Foundstone Enterprise), Email and Web Security (formerly McAfee Secure Internet Gateway), Host Intrusion Protection (formerly IntruShield), Total Protection Suite (ToPS) and Policy Auditor.

The integrated solution allows users to “click through” the reports and automatically drill into the details via the SenSage console. Users can also decide what time each day summary reports appear in the McAfee ePO console rather than being constantly bombarded with alerts that deliver raw data, but no overall strategic view.

“The McAfee Compatible integration provides an unprecedented level of reporting by allowing customers to access SenSage’s broad event data reporting capabilities by extending the McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator console into a single source for managing and reporting on key McAfee systems as well as third-party products,” said Dan Barahona, vice president of business development for SenSage “This delivers a complete 360-degree view of user and other network activity required for compliance, security and forensic investigations.”

McAfee ePO software lets enterprises and governments centrally manage security and compliance products from multiple vendors, offering unprecedented cost savings and return on investment. The SenSage Event Data Warehouse enables organizations to perform due process for compliance, forensics, insider threat response detection, Internet fraud detection, control of privileged user activity, and monitoring of access to sensitive data use.

The SenSage integration module with McAfee ePO software is currently available by contacting SenSage sales at salesinfo@sensage.com.
